You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Happy with purchase

Delivery and set up on date I was promised at purchase. Delivery guys polite and informative. I love new TV. Came back and ourchased another smaller one with curbside delivery which was fast and easy. Love my TVs.

Solid TV for the money

Roku is a great user interface, and the fact that it's built in really helps. Is it the best TV you can buy? No. But if want a good TV for the den that serves its purpose — especially if you're just playing things for background noise — this gets it done.

The techs brought it in and were kind enough to take it upstairs since my husband could not, due to his age and health issues. Such fine nice men those installers were.

will never buy Roku again

Shows and movies are constantly freezing and going back to the home screen which is only fixed by doing a system restart. Doesn't allow me to permanently hide programs that are in a different language or certain genres (like westerns or crime shows etc) from randomly popping up in the channel que so sometimes I have to go thru about 20+ channels and hide them after they've come up overnight. Picture isn't great. Volume has seriously diminished so I have to use a sound bar.

Clumsy Remote!

It's 5 Star, I knocked off one star for the remote, which is way to small for the normal hand and very clumsy and irritating! I found a remote on Amazon, that works perfectly and now I'm a "Happy Camper"

She received an identical TV for Christmas and loved al the features on it, this was an upgrade for her bedroom and she couldn't be happier

There was at least 5 young men at a computer at the very back west side of the store and they just totally ignored me.After i walked around to find someone to help me, i gave up after a little while and went back to where all the young men were just hanging out and finally got one to help me but he wasn’t happy that he had to help me, he was very cold and aggravated. Worst experience i have had in a long time

Picture Quality was not good.

I tweaked the picture settings in different ways, but was not able to get a quality that matched my older, standard HD TV. I ended up returning it.

Audio does not work

After mounting on wall with mounting brackets, came to find out the audio is not working properly. I reset everything, followed guidances on roku website and internet forums but came to no solution.. Hopefully i wont lose my rewards and i can purchase something better

Not the gaming TV you need

I needed a gaming TV in my bedroom abd they gave this TV a 7.1 in the gaming area. This specific model is not great if you need a gaming tv. Yes the overall picture quality is great but with slow response times and being a VA panel this thing has the worst black smearing i have ever seen. If you dont know what that is its where black colors smear with pixel transitions around bright colors. It is an eye sore and can make people like me motion sick. There are decent TV's out there that can handke this kind of thing without breaking the bank. Hisense barely has any but it comes with the trade off of color banding. I would NOT recommend this TV for gaming. Period.
