Sound issues

No Bluetooth

I am very unhappy because this tv doesn’t have bluetooth capability for me to connect her headphones to not disturb anyone. I paid $250 for a newer model tv for it not to have what I really needed

Bad quality

With situations like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty.
