I looked around and found out that Roku tv is the easiest to deal with. I am a senior and totally dumbfounded with all the new technology. I bought this one and found it easier to understand and maneuver to the correct programs I want.

Love these TCL televisions with Roku. This is a fantastic buy for a bedroom set. Everything works like a charm, the picture quality is good for the money, and with the Roku integration, updating the sound by using their wireless speakers is easy.

Great tv for the price. My only complaint is there is no way to change channels using a numerical keypad. I tried to find an after market remote, but none are compliant. Tv is in the basement and it does have cable hooked up with no box (which makes channel changing a huge hassle). Still solid tv for the money.

Excellent mid-sized TV! Simple to set up, has all the apps you could want and simple to use - what more could you want from a basic Roku TV? This is perfect for my basement TV room where I don't want to pay for an extra cable box and the kids prefer streaming services anyway.

It is a nice tv, the picture is really good. I got great service. I came in and they greeted me at the door and helped put tv in my car. The only problem was the salesperson told me there was a built in antenna and that was false. I had to buy one so now I get more stations and was confused on the problem.

So far so good. We have had a little trouble, setting it up, to work with our Direct tv box and the sound bar, but, it is more than likely human error, as we aren’t very digital savvy. Has great picture quality. We bought it mainly because we wanted access to streaming without having to have a separate box.

Excellent WiFi Smart TV for my basement home gym without the hassle of running a lot of cables & CAT5 wire. Serves the purpose when working out with YouTube or watching cable TV or a hosts of other network features. Picture quality and sound is excellent! Nice size for the space I use it in.

Bought this for my parents to help them cut the cable and embrace streaming (while saving tons of money over cable). They are in the 80’s but it didn’t take as much coaching as expected for them to navigate the GUI and begin exploring what comes included as well as the streaming apps.

I wanted a 4K Roku TV for our bedroom. TCL usually has good products, so I went with this model. Got it unpacked, and immediately I noticed the first of a few quality control issues: The power plug didn't sit completely into the slot on the TV. No matter, I thought, once it's mounted it won't be moving and it will be fine. Got the TV mounted and started the setup process. It connected quickly and easily to my Wi-Fi network and began updating the software. Just as it completed and started to go through a short tutorial, it froze. Nothing I did, no matter which buttons on the remote I pressed, nothing unfroze it. So I figured I'd unplug the tv and everything would be fine. It never powered back on. I thought it was related to the plug not fitting, so I kept removing and reinserting the plug, but nothing. I took it off the mount, tried it on several other plugs around the house just to make sure it didn't blow a fuse. Nothing. I got the stand-by power light to come on once, but it never booted up. After waiting about 15 minutes it managed to get back to the boot screen and then froze again. I ate dinner and left it to see if it just needed to complete something, but nope. I immediately boxed it back up and started the return process. My local store closed early due to COVID so I couldn't return it in person, so printed a return label and shipped it back the next day. It could've been a decent TV if it had worked. The image looked great during the one time it did boot up. TCL has some major quality control issues to address before I would go back to them. I ended up buying a Samsung Series 7 and have not been disappointed.

Our 2nd TCL, and the 4K resolution is very good, video is bright and color adjustment is good. The Roku platform is very easy to navigate on screen and simplifies access to additional channels. Easy set up and the ARC enables HDMI outlet linked to a Polk Audio sound bar’s ARC input.

Solid quality for a lower budget offering. Roku interface is familiar and easy. I got this to replace a nearly 10 year old 1080p TV, the jump in quality is worth it alone. Easy integration of consoles and DVD players. Sound is surprisingly good for just regular tv speakers.

Great value! Already had a similar TCL for the main room. These provide an excellent picture. Plus the app gives you additional controls necessary should you want to calibrate the picture settings. But out of the box the picture is quite nice. We are using this one as a video game monitor only.
