A bit meh

Maybe I need stronger wifi but the fact that this TV lags when turning up the volume while on apps like Netflix or HBO max says something. It even lags changing channels on local tv,but I really do mind it the picture is amazing nonetheless I'll take the cons with the pros lol

Purchase didn't show up in my account, but charge went through. Finally after 3 hours, notified ready for pick-up. Contactless pickup went well. TV is excellent value, and works well, but does have it's quirks. Backlight dimming is slow and uneven and annoying at times. Motion blur is unacceptable on some picture settings, but can be cleared by returning to default settings.

Horrible remote

There is only one way to change the channels. If tv is on channel 400, you have to manually press 1 button to travels back to channel 8. Very time consuming, especially if you are on the countdown to get to the start of the 10:00 news. I wish I could have taken this back. But because of my illness unable to do so.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps!
