The manager was rude to both me and the clerk. While I was returning after the two weeks, I understood the store credit was the only option. The manager was short in her responses and then had the clerk perform a check of the item. I understand the check of the product, I do not appreciate the manner of the manager. Also, the clerk said he did not know how to do the check.
