I own another 43” from a different brand, at about the same price range, and this one has better brightness and clarity with the deep blacks. Of course it isn’t as good as larger TVs with better specs, but this is a great option.

But I am going to return it. The color is nice and deep, But I swear the picture looks Zoomed out, Everything looks so far away.. Like when you pinch your phone screen out and the pic get's nice and big and close ..Then you pinch out untill the picure gets as far away as possible???? That is how this picture look... Like it's far away.. I made myself keep it for a few days to try and say.. Well maybe it's just me.. It can't be that bad... Well... I'm taking it back. Even standing right in front of it the picture seems a mile away.. UGH I do not like returning stuff.. But she is going back...

Not for the older generation

The remote is confusing to someone older since there are no numbers on it. You only have the arrow up and down. For someone younger that is more versatile with changes it would be okay.

This was an open box special. HDMI 1 didn't work; but the 2 remaining are fine. Thus the downgrade form 5. At $200 I will keep it.

Great value

Remote is easy to use. Volume buttons are on the side of the remote, which has taken her some time getting used to. Otherwise, very simple to operate

Nice TV but Roku STINKS

The Disney+ and Hulu don't work on the remote nor can you download the apps. All we can watch on it is Netflix.

Inexpensive 4K TV

Not a fan of Roku, but this was the least expensive TV available. Combined some other discounts to get the price even lower. Overall it works as we need, nothing good or bad to say about it.

I was worried the 4k would be too intense and ruin some of the movies i would watch, however it is perfect with all the updates they have done to make 4k more enjoyable. Pairs with my devices & is super light for mounting. Very happy with this tv!

Shaky picture.

The color tone of people is very faded, but other coloring is crisp and bright. Don’t yet know how to correct in settings. Bigger problem has happened once a week at least. The picture gets very shaky and difficult to watch. Happens live, and with recorded shows. I googled and it gave three things to try. I tried the easiest first and it did correct the problem, albeit temporarily. Had to go thru many prompts to check connectivity. Even tho it shows 100%, I still went thru the check,and somehow it fixed itself. Don’t know if this will be chronic, so unsure if I will be returning. If anyone has advice, please do so. So the jury is still out.

Great TV for the price

With all that being said, the Roku platform is fantastic and for the price you can’t go wrong.

Tcl 43" series 4

(Next to the 55" sharp-the sound went out after about after about 14 months). The TCL when I first turned it on and trying to set it up, it got stuck in a ROKU mode I could not get out of. I have to call TLC service and after over 35 minutes he was able to get me out of that mode. And every time I turn on the TV I have to pick weather Im on cable, HDMI, Live TV, USB......its really annoying. And it has the cheapest remote I have ever seen for a TV. Oh, but the picture is OK.

Better cheap TV

Picture is clear and the menu is easy to navigate. Biggest problem is the volume. Truly need to have it at 1/2 max volume to hear it.

Great 3 Season Porch TV!

The built-in Roku has been great, and I like that I can have simple voice control with Google Home (power, volume, input, etc.). 4K HDA looks great in my simple testing.
