A great TV for the price, however the remote does not have many features that the TV is able to support- like voice. I also cannot connect my phone to the tv. I was told the TV didn't support it. Set up was a breeze otherwise.

got so much help from Ernie teaching me how to use the items I purchased. am a senior, and did not understand most of the tech stuff, but he helped me and taught me.... took time out for a little old lady. love best buy~~~!!!!!!!

If your on a budget this is a ok tv if your not go with a better brand. I've had to reset this tv 2 times because the apps stop working, other than that good picture on this tv

I believe this is our third one we are a very happy great product. When I finish paying this one-off, my son already texts me, he wants to buy another one. So he can watch all sports, have 3 TVs that's how much he loves it.

I was really hoping this tv would be better than my last roku tv but its been disappointing. The sound on this tv, no matter what setting its on, is ok. The biggest problem with this tv is the remote, its a piece of junk. If I go to netflix or hulu often times I can't get the remote to work and then after a couple of minutes it will be going like a speed demon through things and I can't get it to stop where I want. Its EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING! I am sad to say, I would Not recommend this tv to anyone.

I chose this as a second gaming monitor for my pc. The TCL Model: 43S435 SKU: 6427886wad chosen specifically due to its low latency with a budget price. This allows me to use 60hz at 1080, 1440, 4k. My last tcl did 4k but not 1440

The TV itself is great however I rated it 4 stars only because you cannot download the spectrum app on this. I wish we knew that before we purchased this TV. If we had known we would have purchased a different brand.

We went in and found all sorts of knowledgeable staff members. We were given clear explanations as to 1 tv as compared to another. With their help, we were able to select a tv and wall mount that met our needs.

love this tv. have two one for the kids and one for workout area. hits all the boxes. homekit, alexa. airplay. all the apps you need on en easy to use interface. price!!!

Got this for my daughter and she loves it and uses it all the time. I promised her I’d buy her one if she smiled in a picture and she did haha. She loves it and hides the remote from her little sister.

Nice TV great price one bad thing the remote sucks cheap very hard to hold but the TV is nice great picture lots of apps to bad they skimped on the remote

I really do like this TV. Roku functionality is better than any smart tv interface I’ve used. Their proprietary remote is cool, feels good ergonomically. Edge lit but looks nice to me. HDR isn’t the best but good enough.

Me and my Boyfriend bought this TV after bringing back another Flat Screen TV that we had Issues with! This has a Decent Picture (Not the Ultimate Best and Not the Most Sharpest). The Remote that you get with this TV Looks like a Toy its So TINY! Also the Volume on the Remote is on the Side and the Buttons are Very Small! The Set up for this TV are Extremely Difficult. Very hard to get in and out of the Set up Screen! I had to Call the Company to Help me and Walk me through! I Guess for the Price and Size its Not a Bad Deal . For Now we are Sticking with it!

I use it as a secondary computer monitor every day. Once you put it in game mode and play with settings, its actually solid as a 4K gaming monitor as long as you're not playing competitively.

Nice TV for the price. We have ROKU TV and/or devices in other rooms so this works well for us as far as menu's etc. This is not our main TV so it does not need to be exceptional.

This tv is amazing. It works perfectly for my bedroom. Honestly, this brand of tv is my favorite. It's reliable and doesn't put off a lot of heat. I'd buy it over the other brands any day.

Decent TV, only complaint is in a bright room, some shows are hard to see because of screen not being bright enough.

Wanted to put a TV in the home office for not a lot of money. The image quality is pretty good for the price. Haven't seen any weird display problems that can be observed with other TVs in this price range.

Great smart tv, purchased for my 17yr old son he uses for his Xbox X, he loves it. The 4k is good no problems with the television whatsoever...
