Wifi Connectivity Problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There was so much I loved about this TV -- the closed captioning options were amazing, I loved the information that it gave me with Live TV, I loved the way the HDMI options were set up, and it had all my favorite things from my other Roku products. However, it just WOULD NOT stay connected to my Wifi. It took two hours to set it up because my connection kept dropping and then it just would not cooperate with me to set up Netflix, Hulu, etc. I did everything I could to try to make it work - resetting the TV and router, changing my wifi channels, moving the things around, and none of it helped. This TV was amazing when it wanted to cooperate, but unfortunately it didn't cooperate the majority of the time. I'll be returning it for a standard TV and Roku Express instead.

It’s a $200 tv

I didn’t realize I’d be able to tap into Live TV, which is cool. The one compliant is that the TV tends to reset itself every 2-3 days, so you will be watching Netflix, the screen pauses, and then takes a minute for the red TCL screen to come up, restart, etc.

Bad product

Unfortunately 2 days after Best Buy deadline for a return. Now I am waiting on the TCL warranty group to email. TV is a total waste of money. I wish I had bought the Samsung.
