    Where’s my remote

    Open box for a reason. Missing remote and sound needs leveled out somehow. I’m using another remote from a different model tcl and this tv is not very responsive.

    It only links with TLC sound systems. Wanted roku Tv got that but a little hard to get use to how it works Takes a while to change from live tv to streaming services.

    I received the WRONG TV from your delivery, Paid for 50", received a 43". I had to go to the store and tell them dont bring me the correct one, just credit me the difference in the TV prices, which was done. However, they cancelled my warranty on the 50" TV but never gave me the warranty on the 43".....not happy I have to make yet another trip to the store to get the warranty IN WRITING.

    TCL TV fails for full range of inputs available

    This upgraded TCL unit fails to have a workable AV input with normal RCA cable inputs (R/L audio w/ Video). Unit requires an 1/8 inch AV input cable adapter from RCA cables. When used, video cable connection generates open ground audio hum into TV making connection useless. TV only has then 3 HDMI inputs along with an ANT input. Having older Direct TV receiver with no HDMI output, requires use of only ANT input for reception from receiver.

    Meh. The screen is dull. But it does have the multiple HDMI inputs we needed, and it works well enough.

    Delivered on Nov. 5, TV and power adapter only. Sadly no remote. When I plugged in the TV, it worked well. Picture is nice. Cannot program TV to work with Roku mobile remote app because TV lacks physical buttons, and missing remote control means I can’t connect the TV to wifi. I don’t know why I can’t get a remote…

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. The two models references are different TV. This model is the most currently version of our 4-Series Roku TV. The S446 is a Google TV operating system TV. While they are different TVs with different cosmetics, and different connectivity, all of our TVs in any given series are designed to work in a similar performance envelope. They give the same exceptional picture and sound performance, with the added benefit of giving customers the choice of different operating systems for their needs. Hope this helps!

    Obtrusive Roku corporation shoves their agenda

    Absolute trash, did not realize it was Roku based and would change my menu to suit corporate design to shove what they wanted to push down my throat. The recent 2020 olympics to be added to my screen infuriates me. Had I wanted that trash I could have searched for it. There's no point in customizing the menu when the Roku corporation sees fit to change it as they desire. Not giving your wishes to customize a single thought. Evil corporate America at work.
