    promised in in a saturday went to store - not there so had to wait till they shipped the following week. also was recommended to buy a TCL TV by your associate on previous purchase. plan to put back in the box and return it - a piece of junk. that was the reason I bought this second TV

    Sales people were very helpful in selecting television. It worked for one day and will not turn on. Now having to fight to get problem resolved. Best Buy says go to manufacturer and TCL says contact retailer since recent purchase and still under warranty. Can return to store but under impression you don't really want to assist in this matter.

    Picture quality significantly decreases when you move away from viewing on center. If you have in a place where you only look at it directly buy it. Otherwise go for a more expensive model .

    way too complicated you have to go back to your PC to add channels to watch?? and if that is in another room,your running back and forth , if you are like me the numbers seem to slip away before you get back

You would need to go to Home>Streaming Channels>Search Channels>Type in the channel you are looking for. You would then select the streaming channel and select 'Add channel'. Hope this helps!

    BLACK SCREEN FLICKERING

    This tv consistently had a black screen flickering issue which seems to have been caused by it dropping the HDMI inputs. Happened on all three ports and i tested my setup on my old tv amd can confirm it all worked great. Gonna try it and replace it with another one to see if maybe i just got a bum unit but for now stay away.

    TCL TVs are cheap and break.

    I bought 2 different models of TCL TVs in March. Its November and within a week, both TVs have issues and need replaced. The 43 inch sound suddenly would only work with the headphones plugged in and sound only in one ear. Thanks to having Total Tech, they replaced it. Now the 50 inch only says powering off when i try to turn it on so i can't get it to work. Waiting for a tech to come next week. I definitely wouldn't buy another TCL.

    Volume not well you start hearing if you put it 20 and more If you try to put headphone cable its go back to home settings or he start over I keep it to the kids.

In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     Garbage. Remote cheap. Decided to make due as this was a garage tv. Went to plug in to stereo and mini audio Jack didn’t work. Popped off the back cover and noticed the 1.8mm Jack popped off the board. Past return period. Needless to say We DO NOT Recommend. No audio to tv as even though the 1.8mm Jack popped off the board, somehow the tv things headphones are plugged in so now we have a tv with NO sound. Trash….

    Its OK TV, but some apps not working properly , sound quality not the best and what is completely unacceptable you can't pair witless headphones with this TV.

    Picture looks ok but unless you connect outside sources you are unable to change any of the picture options or settings. You are locked into using the role platform for everything.. would not recommend

    Need clearer instructions!!!

    The instructions for the pick up were not clear... I pulled up to the parking spot like the email said and waiting for an hour... I stood in line to get into the store for thirty minutes just to be told I had to sit in another line in my car outside for another thirty minutes and when I finally got up to the people that were giving out the online orders, they told me they could not find where I had placed my order. Worst experience I have had with best buy.

    Terrible TV and bad best buy customer service.

    Returned TV twice. Same model TV would not stay connected to my AT&T wifi. Then within a week Best Buy burned me on the return even thou I am an elite member customer. I have spend over $5000 at best buy in the last 2 years,

    Don’t buy a TCL Roku Tv

    I have had tcl Roku tv for about a year now. After 8 months, the tv went to a black screen and quit working. I bought a new outlet, did all the steps to restart it, and the screen wont come back on. I’ve been on the phone with tcl all morning and they haven’t been able to help. I do not recommend this tv at all.

    The sound quality of this tv really sucks. It has sound adjustments but they make little or no difference and must be for looks. Sound is muffled despite being adjusted. Don’t plan on using this tv without a sound bar. I am not sure if that would even help. Sound has to be turned way up to be able to hear anything.
