    Broke quicky and easily. The feet are stress points on the screen and any jostling at all can crack your screen and brick the tv. Do not buy the protection plan because they won't cover any damage to the screen, despite it being an effect of poor television design.

    I would never buy this TV again. I could not do anything without giving my email address. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to play videogames or watch from an HDMI device without putting in my email. Tried to get the simplest TV I could, but no dice. Guess I'll be returning this afterall.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In order to use the smart features of this TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. You will still have access to all of the inputs and features of a traditional TV. Hope this helps!

    Return policy is a joke-15 days only!

    I tried to return this tv is less than 30 day and apparently there is only a 15 day return policy. What a joke, who has a 15 day return policy, I will not be buying from Bestbuy again. Buyer certainly beware!

    TV has been ok - the rating is reflective of ROKU and how they will not be offering the YouTube TV app anymore. Therefore, after owing this TV just a few months, I now need to replace it. I do not suggest buying a TV with a ROKU integrated system.

    Roku overheat message

    Bought this TV less than a week ago. As soon as I turned it on, I started getting a message that Roku was overheating. The area where I placed the TV has plenty of ventilation. It is getting returned and I will get a better TV and use an external Roku.

    I have had this tv for four months and the screen went black. Tried the reset, checked the cables, nothing works. If you google this tv you will see how many people out there have had the same thing happen to them, many in under a year.

    I bought it open box and when we set it up the screen had a black bleed. But tcl is a good product. Just not this one. And store manager denied my refund and now dealing with that.

    TV broke for no apparent reason after being in use for less than 4 months. Best Buy will not return it and they want to charge $85 to have is “diagnosed”. I expected more from Best Buy I really did.

    Sometimes you can't access your picture settings for some reason. You have to use a button on the remote control to access them there's no settings in a menu that you can scroll to.

    Best Buy and TCL do not honor warranties

    Absolutely do it purchase TCL. Headphone Jack went bad after 8 months. Best Buy will not do anything. Neither will TCL. Waste of money. Buyer beware.
