Beware, Misleading Open Box Tags!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this tv. It was ‘Excellent Certified’ from the rego park branch. It was missing the legs, despite the sticker didn’t say about any missing parts. When I took it back, not only they refused to give me legs for it, but they didn’t offer me any additional discounts for causing me this inconvenience (time, gas prices, manual labor). Learnt my lesson, and will shop from their competitors from next time

Sorry, do NOT buy it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV was fine and dandy for 12 months, period! It soon refused to turn on. It literally went caput. Do not buy it! You get what you pay for. Low quality television with a high quality look. It isn't worth the hassle. I am beyond disappointed. Honestly, I also am pretty surprised best buy would sell a TV like this if it has all of these issues. Reviews online are worse than on here.

Looks like inflation is here

Regular price was $289, and yes, was looking for it to drop from that. Today, regular price is $350. The price increased just by sitting on a shelf for a while.

Not recommended

Bad Screen not "excellent"

Do not recommend

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. This TV is cheap

Netflix doesn't work on this tv

You can first try uninstalling the streaming channel and then reinstalling it. To do this you can highlight the streaming channel on the home screen and press the asterisk (*) button on your remote, then scroll down to 'Remove channel'. You would then need to go to Home>Streaming Channels>Search Channels>Type in Netflix. You would then select the streaming channel and select 'Add channel'.
