I bough a open box, after a few uses line's started to appear on the screen. Had to turn the tv off amd on until they went away. Returned and got a different tv. NOT open box.

Nice tv and features.

I like the UI better than the Fire TV it replaced. The auto picture settings can be frustrating. I tried setting them manually, but they keep reverting.

Piece of junk!
