    every time the tv is turned on, half the screen has vertical grey and white lines. Called support, was told to disconnect power, hit reset button and turn back on. worked, however, have to do this each time we want to watch tv. when it is on, it functions well, but the hassle of not being able to turn on and watch without going through a process is not acceptable

    When the tv turns on at first the main menu is very laggy and you can’t scroll thru apps efficiently. Could be the stupid android tv
