    It’s A great tv until I had it for a year it don’t want to connect to internet even tho the pan cable is plugged in keeps disconnecting every time I turn it on and sometimes during times the tv is on. Also experienced pink black outs of partial of the screen while playing video games.

    Out of box TV

    I bought an open box but within a few days the tv had lines on half of the screen. A week in and the whole screen has line. Now i have to remove all of my passwords from the tv and drive it to the store to get it replaced. Then bring the new one home. Set it up and put all my information into it. Major inconvenience!

    43” tcl android tv

    We’ve bought a lot of these brand TVs over the years for the kids. This one lasted 2weeks and the screen started to flicker and had a white line down the screen and switches sides. Best Buy of course didn’t wanna take it back. I’ve gotta go up there

    This is the worst TV I've ever owned, largely because of the OS. Video quality is ok, audio is pretty bad, but the tv itself is unusable because of the OS. Like watching movies? Good luck. Netflix crashes every 5 minutes. YouTube mysteriously switches to the Paramount Plus app mid-video. Don't buy this tv

    I really love my 43 inch TCL android TV. I like the android selection of smart items and also the 3 HDMI plugs offer a lot. I have hooked up my Roku also and have all of those items to view. It has great sound and a crisp picture. I also bought the 5 year extra warranty with it. A very nice TV.

    It's early right now, but so far very good, I will not give it a 5 star excellent because it is still pretty new and need to see how long this TV last before something goes wrong. This is a new Brand I'm dealing with so maybe 5 or 10 years let's review this product again and see where we are at then. Thank You.
