No Xfinity

After being on the phone with a TCL technician I found out I need to buy Roku to watch Xfinity. Needless to say I was very disappointed with this TV.

Half the time it turns on with sound and no video and won’t work until you pull the power and plug it back in. If it does work it’s because it’s doing a full boot instead of standby, which takes a while and is incredibly annoying. The remote is terrible and even change inputs takes multiple click and navigation through menus. Google TV is slightly slow, which would be fine if it weren’t for the other issues but just adds to the frustration. From what I can tell all of the issues are software/design related. This is the second TCL I’ve had with annoy software issues that didnt get fixed or were fixed after WAY to long. Will not buy from TCL again.

Let me down

I have sound but no picture and best buy said there is nothing they can do because I didnt Purchased the 2 yr warranty. I have to deal directly with the manufacture. So is Christmas time and not able watch TV.

But if you just want a smart 4k TV for not too much money this should do the job id recommend you buy a sound bar for this TV though, And as far as gaming I'm not on next gen but it's ok for gaming

However I am keeping it because it's in a bedroom and I do not want a bright tv in there. The google part work great and you can find a good amount of free streaming services. the picture is just ok.

There were several available for the same price, but the TCL looked the best. The associate was extremely helpful. He found one for me in the inventory located in the back.

Bad tv, do not buy!

Wrong Streaming TV

TV quit after 1yr • Black Screen
