    Spent a few hours with this and I'm so disappointed. Albeit, I bought a Open Box - Excellent (Geek Squad Certified) Model, I expected some decent quality control from TCL. The TV wouldn't set up with the Google Home App as advertised. I had to set it up manually and connect it with my phone. Apps constantly freezing and crashing. Apps freezing and the TV rebooting over and over again. There's also some TCL junkware on the TV which you can't get rid of. So disappointed because I was looking forward to to the Google TV experience without having to buy another Chromecast with Google TV stick. If you're looking for the Google TV experience, just pick up a cheaper TV (if you can find one) and a Chromecast with Google TV stick. The stick will probably be better supported with updates and you won't have to worry about apps constantly crashing and your device stuck on a reboot loop.

    Granted it was “excellent condition” open box, I’m not sure if that’s why the tv isn’t good. Either way, there’s very noticeable backlight bleeding throughout the entire panel and sound quality is horrible. It sounds like you’re on a school bus trying to use the dollar store headphones because that’s all you have on you.

    Defective! This model needs a recall!

    DEFECTIVE! Taking back to Best Buy ASAP! Settings would not let picture fill up screen. When I did hit the zoom it stayed zoomed until I took settings off. Then here was a small square image with black all around it and ...get this... a line across the top one inch with 5 or so points of white lights interspersed with the black! . Yup. Going back. I read the other reviews to find they were all posted (6) in last two weeks and were BAD!!!!!! The TCL company needs to recall this model!!!!!
