Dissapointing

Connected but not connected

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After figuring out you can't or extremely difficult to set up using Google app. Had to wait 15 mins for the update then downloaded the apps i wanted. Only to find out when i click on the app the tv then tells me not connected to wifi. Yet i know I'm i because i can scroll up and down over the apps and it will bring up different movies. Even started to watch a movie on 1 of the pre installed apps. Then click again on the app i want to use and nothing but saying not connected to wifi.

Difficult to use

Sucks

Got my refund back not worth it. Get a Sony, Samsung or LG Tv instead

Faulty firmware from factory

Don't waste your time and money.

Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't need the latest and greatest like $9,000,000 TV, so this is good for me. Picture is great, a definite upgrade from my 720p TV, and it has Google TV, which I what I wanted! I can control it with my phone haha, which is cool. I've noticed some intermittent issues with coloring in some movies, but, like I said, those things aren't important to me.
I would recommend this to a friend
