Very Nice TV

We had an issue with the remote not working, ended up being something inside the TV was broken. TCL sent us a box and label, we shipped it in, and got it back within a week. The TV has worked flawlessly since! Their Customer Service is the best, and treated us very well. We're very happy with our purchase!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this T.V I was skeptical at first, but once I got home with it, and called back to best buy to see how to set up the Roku to get the t.v registered through roku , and that was the easiest way, and best buy was so helpful and patient with me as to e the explanation of a roku t.v, I thought I would have to purchase something else to make it work, buy I didn't kudos to them great purchase.

Very happy with this TV!

Bought as a basic bedroom TV in a room without convenient cable access. Using the Sling App and an over-the-air antenna, we have access to nearly all the channels we'd want from a cable box, at a fraction of the cost. For an inexpensive TV, the picture quality and sound are excellent. May just pick up another one for another room!
