I love my new TV! It's 43" of pure greatness. The colors are crisp and the images are smooth. Went from having a 32" basic 1080p TV to a 4k UHD Smart TV.

The tv was outstanding, really good sound and color.

My only complaint about this TCL is the remote lags.Decent television for a great price.It was very easy to mount and very easy to use very user-friendly.

This tv is so nice and easy to use! I love that it comes with apps you connect too. I highly recommend this tv it fits perfect in my room :)

This tv is awesome l! I wanted a new tv for the master bedroom and this one is perfect. The picture is amazing and I love that I can ad apps that are not added yet.

This TV is perfect for our entertainment center, love the roku feature, and the quality is amazing for movies and video games!

I like this TCL TV. It has great features, and It sits really nice on my dresser. Movie nights got more interesting watching it on a big screen.

Perfect size for the gaming I needed it for. And the clarity is unreal!

Inexpensive but had the tech needed. I bought it for outside. Works great so far. Have it connected to WiFi for streaming services. Wish it had louder speakers.

I got it home hooked it up and the picture didnt work . tv turned on u can hear it clicking when u use the remote but nothing on the screen . very unhappy this was my 3 visit for a tv . and wasn't even given a discount on they mistakes

So I am a huge TCL fan. I’ll would normally them 5 stars as I love the TVs with built in Roku! But this specific device only lasted 7 months. I have audio but no video. And have done all the troubleshooting from website. Factory reset. Tv turns on but no screen. This is the first TCL I have had issues with as I have multiple TCL TVs and would highly recommend them! I am waiting to hear back from TCL as this is still under warranty!

Works great! I was able to set it up myself. Has a nice picture. Happy with the product.

I have had these tvs for a little over a year and now there is a horizontal line through it. I reached out to TCL and because it has been over a year they won't do anything about it.

Initially excited to get this tv, it was the right size and had all the apps I wanted. 3 days later, a line would appear at the top of the screen when playing any media regardless of app/device, it was extremely disappointing as I heard nothing but good things about TCL. Thankfully Best Buy has a great return policy and continues to maintain my loyalty.

My TV , like other reviewers has a line across the top of the screen no matter what app I use. I have submitted for a return, hope to send it back for a full refund. i should have just spent a little extra for a better brand like Samsung.

I got this tv for less than $250 and the display is great. Very lightweight and was super easy to mount. The setup is very simple, just connect to the internet and you’ll be ready to login to all your streaming apps, or cable provider. Bought it for the guest room and it’s a good size, nice picture, works for what we need it for. Very satisfied with the purchase!

I've owned this TV for just about a month now and I must say, for what you're paying for, this TV is hard to beat on price. It does everything you need it to, and it's hard to imagine getting much better performance out of a significantly more expensive 43" television. Pros: -as a cord-cutting TV, this is a perfect value item in its size/class -picture is good for the price. I contemplated between upgrading to the 5 series, which does have a better picture, but at the time of purchase, I was able to get this for $50 less, and that was significant enough for me to go with this model. If you're looking at larger TCL than 43", I would consider going up in Series for better picture quality -picture is bright enough to work in a room full of windows, which is impressive after 9 years as a plasma owner -since you can't buy anything but a smart tv anymore, I have a very strong preference for the Roku interface, and this doesn't disappoint. It's simply much better than most other interfaces and ultimately led me to buy this TV over a more trusted brand like Samsung or LG. -the availability of the Roku remote app is a nice addition, especially for being able to listen to the audio through the headphone jack on your smartphone (if your smartphone has such a jack) -the sound is surprisingly good/loud. I still added a soundbar because I had one and the sound is significantly better with a soundbar, but the sound is at least loud and clear enough on the tv unit by itself to fill a small living room. Cons -I've been a standalone Roku owner for years and occasionally Roku glitches and needs to be reset. This isn't a big deal. Because Roku is the interface here, one time I turned the screen on and had a black screen. I googled this on the TCL website and they said to unplug the TV, which I did. Sure enough, that reset the internal Roku and it booted up fine. This has only happened once and is a minor inconvenience, but if it happens repeatedly, it's something that could prove annoying at best, and potentially could hurt the lifespan of the TV. I'm not sure yet, but it's something I'm paying attention to. Given that I paid $200 for this, it's basically a disposable TV, so as long as I can get a few years out of it, I won't be too bothered. -The headphone jack on the Roku app won't work when you connect peripherals, like if you plug a bluray player or laptop in to an hdmi jack on the TV. I imagine this is something that they *should* eventually be able to fix and I hope that they will. I'm a cord cutter, so I access content for my TV in a variety of ways. -the power cord is pretty short. We mounted this to the wall and to fit it through cord hiding hardware, I had to add an extension cord to get it to the outlet

Great tv for the price. Preloaded with roku and various apps making set up for hulu and netflix easy. Great picture quality and sound. Only drawback, used in a bedroom and has this really irritating white light middle bottom frame. Like puting a nightlight in your room

After much research I decided on this TV TCL - 43" Class - LED - 4 Series - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR - Roku TV. CNET had it rated as the best in it's class and price point. It was easy to set up and I didn't need to make any adjustments to the picture. Connected it to my sound bar without any trouble. When setting up the Roku portion you don't need to enter your credit card information so don't unless you want to subscribe. I can access Netflix and Prime with no problems. Viewing from a side angle is not good but really who watches TV from the side. The colors are great. They are clear and bright.
