I got this 43 inch TCL TV for my Grandson's Birthday and from his reaction I am happy that he got exactly what he wanted. The ROKU additional program especially makes this TV outstanding and it is only at Best Buy, my favorite source of all my electronic gadgets, that one can get such deal price. Will always shop at Best Buy, and as well, recommend Best Buy to all my relatives and friends.

The price was pretty reasonable. The TV was delivered as promised. Set-up was easy. All functions seem to work properly and I have had no problems to date. The only thing I don't like is the design of the remote, which places the volume and mute buttons on the side. It's an awkward placement to reach for, and sometimes you can push one of the buttons unintentionally when holding the remote.

I am very happy with this purchase, but I need to vent about how it came about. Our flatscreen started smoking and died the day before Christmas. I figured it would be a great time to get a good deal on a new flat scree. We were leery about going to the Best Buy on the Saturday after Christmas, and opted to purchase on line and use the "One hour Pick up in store" option. I received the order conformation, so we decided to head over as we would arrive about an hour after we ordered. We walked up to the pick up counter and handed the printed out order to the clerk. Thats when the "One hour Pick up in store" was proven to not be true. The clerk told us the order was still being processed. We decided to look around as the store was not so busy as it was still early in the day. When we checked back (well after the hour was up) and was told that model was not in that location, and they were waiting for the next shipment to come in. I asked when that would be, and the clerk did not have an answer. This proved the advertising of "One hour Pick up in store" was not true. I find it appalling that corporations can make suck false claims, and then have no repercussions to what should be illegal. Shame on Best Buy for misrepresenting "One hour Pick up in store". We did go ahead and pick up this TCL Flatscreen, and the clerks who help us were great. I feel bad for them having to face the brunt of consumer complaints for what is squarely the fault of the company by misrepresenting themselves with the "One hour Pick up in store".

Super light and easy to move picture looks great .worth the price

I'm not really the techie type for these HD smart TV's. I had an older tube type TV that worked great in my opinion but, I switched cable providers and my old TV wouldn't work with the newer format of broadcasting. This TCL TV was a great price and I finally decided to give it a try. Wow! I can't believe what a difference between the older set and this new one! Very happy with my purchase!

This is a really great TV for the price. The picture is very clear and movies are a pleasure to watch on it. What I like about it most is that the main interface is the Roku interface and the remote control is a Roku remote. So there’s not two remotes and two different interfaces... It is all just integrated and it works really nice. I would certainly buy one of these televisions again.
