I've always been a PC user, so never had the need for a TV but the quality of this TV and experience made it really worth it. The Roku channels/apps they have are great, and best part are free. I can comfortably watch youtube, or any number of free movies while doing my morning routine. Worth for the price!

the remote is awkward

Did some research and this was well recommended. The remote is very small and difficult to operate. The volume control is located on the side right just where your hand holds the remote. Constantly turning volume up or down or mute. No comparison since I did not have a smart tv previously.

Perfect for a Teenager's Bedroom

The screen size works great for a typical sized bedroom, plus the well-respected Roku interface coupled with wifi for Smart TV functionality is perfect. Picture quality is surprisingly good and the price was more than fair. Buy with confidence!
