Can't get private listening feature to work

Good packaging. Replaced and older tv with bad speakers. I had a roku stick on my old tv and private listening from Roku aop worked fine. On the New Roku Tv I cannot use the private listening feature. Just get a lot of buffering and real choppy audio. If private listening feature is not important to your this is a great value.

ordered by mistake, returned unopened

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i ordered the 50 inch version of this from amazon, but they would not sell it, maybe because i am not a prime subscriber. i check with BB but they did not offer it yet, i checked with walmart and they sold it to me "on order" but texted me a week later saying it was delayed but didn't offer more info. a week after that, BB offered it at $270 with additional $ off as a BB anniversary sale so i went to the physical store that day, also because i was tired of the online experience. the store did not have the 50 inch on display or in stock, but they did have the this 43 inch on display that i could view instead. i didn't not know it was also not in stock. they would ship the 50 inch to me, as i lived 50 miles from the closest store. after viewing the 43 inch i said 'i'll take it'. i thought i was referring to the 50 inch, she apparently thought now i wanted the 43 inch. i signed for it without checking the size in the paper work. the price with tax was approx $300 so i thought i paid for the 50 inch. the price is so close to the 50 inch version that i would recommend it over this 43 inch version.
