The second one when the box was opened did not have a remote or electrical plug. The third one works and no problems

Bright enough for me to see in daytime, speakers are loud enough for me to hear, Roku UI is simple for me, and the display have great contrast and good color accuracy. Plus I can use screen mirroring with my phone on the TCL TV.
