Great TV for the money. My girlfriends TV went out so went to best buy to get a samsung but unfortunately they were sold out. We asked the salesman about TCL and he said it was a good TV for the price and it sure is. The picture isn't bad but the sound was a bit low. A small sound bar would do it but good tv though

Fairly good picture quality, however darker scenes do get washed out. Sound quality is ok but no adjustments or presets. Roku works fine so I can stream and adding channels/apps is simple. Overall a good TV for the money.

This TV is really good but has a lot of issues. The image quality is great, however, it sometimes randomly turns off, won’t connect to WiFi, and freezes. It was great for the first few months of having it but went downhill from there.

The employee that helped me, Alex, was excellent! Very helpful in showing me what I was looking for, give examples on how the product worked, and was very friendly. I will return to that location for future purchases because he made me feel like a valuable customer!

Overall good... set up a little difficult but good quality

We bought this TV for our 83 year old technology challenged mom so she could watch Netflix! So far so good! She has only had to call us once to figure out how to get subtitles while watching Netflix. She has figured out everything else on her own!!

Purchased for daughters dorm room. Nice unit. easy set up

I bought this as a monitor for my Mac in my home music studio and I’m very happy with it. Renders text and graphics crisply and quickly. It was easy to set up. Easily controlled by remote or app. Downside: the stand is lightweight and feels a bit unstable. View degrades a bit towards the far edges of the screen.

I mean for the price you are paying for this it’s pretty decent. I only gave it 4 stars because it’s frozen once already and I had to disconnected it from the power outlet in order for it to turn back on so I’m hoping it doesn’t happen again but so far it’s been really good to play in HDR with PlayStation 4

Bought this for my roommates children for their bedroom, and it works very well, they have access to all the streaming services right at their fingertips. Being a roku TV, it makes it nice not having to connect different devices just to watch tv.

I gave it 3 stars since, sometimes it can take awhile to connect to the internet and also because you have to be close to the tv to use the remote. When I’m laying in bed it will not work. Luckily I can use the Roku app on my phone to control the tv.

I bought this TV based on price and needs. I hung it in my garage so I could have some sports on when out there working or watching the kids. Is the best 4k, lag, etc? No, but I wasn't looking for that, that's for the media room/family room. This is the perfect garage, patio, kids playroom, etc. type of TV.
