With technology changing so quickly these days why spend thousands on a TV that will be out of date in 2 years anyway. I bought one for the garage just to listen to Spotify. Why not.

Pretty good tv for the price. I bought it for my 3 year old so I didn’t need anything too fancy. My only complaint is that you can’t turn off or adjust tv setting without a remote. They fixed that with the 5 series which I also have.

Great TV. The 4K HDR is really great with low and bright lightings. Roku works amazingly with remote and phone. Speakers are exceptionally great considering it's a TV.

I think its safe to say, being that this TV is our 4th TCL Smart TV Best Buy Team and TCL Team provide product and service. Value and quality product. Thank you Best Buy

This is my third TCL and I have had no issues with the brand at all. It outperforms my LG at 2 times that price. Cannot go wrong, especially when its backed by Best Buy.... :)

I paid 229$ and then the tv went on sale for 199$. I called and they will refund my credit card. The tv is a nice size smart tv for the price.

This TV is great for the price and has a pretty fast built in roku unit. Some smart TVs are extremely slow- but this one loads most apps very quickly. the 4k image looks good, but has bad ghosting effects.

I plugged the TV into the wall and that was all I needed to get going. No other cables or boxes or other clutter, just the power cord. I would have scored 5 stars if the computer screen mirroring (miracast) worked more consistently.

Thought it would be a decent buy. Cheap price wasn’t looking for anything too fancy. Just something to get by. Tv did the job for almost two weeks. Around that time the tv remote was going on the fritz. Just doing its own thing scrolling through apps like a mad man in its own. Got to the point where all I could do was turn the tv on from the power button on the tv itself. Took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it with no big hassle. Exchanged it for a Vizio (a safe bet for the price) and went along with my day.

Roku based smart TV works very well. No need to hook up cable, it runs off wifi. The wifi signal comes from the cable modem to the wifi router. So you don't have to route cable.

This is a great inexpensive TV I'm using in the bedroom. I thought I would have to add a fire stick or Apple TV, but their built-in apps and streaming are very good.

For the price, you can't beat getting a smart Roku tv to stream and watch in 4K HDR. Image, wireless etc performance is good as well. Recommended for non tech people.

Best Buy's curbside pick-up, value-based product selection, and customer service was stellar. Definitely worth the time and effort to shop with and purchase from them!

I've been using the TV as a PC monitor, it is on 8-12 hours a day 5 days a week for the past 3 years. It powers on and still looks like new!

Bought as gift for my daughter and my 14 year old grandson helped with purchase decision and he then set it up with ease for his mom. She said she loves it.

Bought this for a spare bedroom in the house and it has been a great little TV. The only issue we’ve had is that the wireless can sometimes not connect or takes a few minutes to connect when the TV starts up. Otherwise, lovely TV.

Wow this TV barely uses any power I’m off the grid I’m on Solar and I can watch TV all night long it doesn’t deplete my battery.

Great price for a smart TV of this size. A large amount of programming is available through Roku. The only improvement would be an increase in menu response. This may be more of a provider app issue.
