Poor Picture quality

The picture quality is poor especially in any dark scenes. I guess its a decent enough TV in a pinch, which is exactly the situation i was forced to buy this in. It was Covid and it was one of only a few TVs in stock. If there was a selection i would of never bought this TV and will never buy anything from TCL again. Dont buy this TV if you have a choice

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Weird fuzziness

However, once every few days when we turn it on, it's got this really strange picture warping/fuzziness. It goes away when we fully restart the tv (I assume the power button just puts it in sleep mode), but it's still worrisome. It's real good, but I can't recommend it so long as this weird problem keeps happening.
