Not the best... even for the price...

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The room on it is very slow, and does not show my Apple TV purchases, unless I do very specific searching, even then it will sometimes ask me if I want to buy the episode, when I have purchased it already... The Tv will also turn off after a while, without letting me turn it back on, until I unplug it then plug it back in. Barely watching more then a couple of hours.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In order to use the smart features of this Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi or Ethernet, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). I am afraid it looks like you may have accidentally went to the wrong website for activation, and somehow went to a scam website. As I said, it is completely 100% free to activate your TV. If you would like help setting up your TV we would be more than happy to walk you through the process. Picture image is BAD!!!!

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Broken from start.

Then when it did decide to turn on I had about 3 uses out of it and then the backlighting went. I took it back to Best Buy and they told me they’ve had some issues with this brand and the backlighting. Don’t waste your time with it.

Screen goes dark at random!

The screen just goes dark at random for no reason at all. Luckily I found a video that shows what buttons to press to reset the device. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this product!!!

Ok for bedroom without game system

Picture ok, sound ok, overall look ok for bedroom. My issue is that every so often it would go black for some reason and I would have to turn the tv off and turn it back on then it would work. Don’t buy there is better options

Also poor WIFI range can’t say I would want to tell anyone to but this product even for $230 it was a wast

A ok tv
