TCL Brand TV's don't waste your money

Don't waste your money on TCL brands tv. I researched online to see if I could fix it and found like 100 other people that had the same problem. It's like that saying goes, you get what you pay for. I would have been better off buying a Sony for a few more bucks and still have a working tv. I called TCL customer service and they said, too bad so sad warranty on TCL tv's are only good for a year.

Picture too dim

The picture was too dim and washed out. Hdr and dolby vision is a joke. I returned it for a refund.

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Don’t make the mistake I did

Went to crap

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV was decent, it would glitch and turn itself off sometimes, but after the last forced update, it went into a recovery mode loop and thats it. Cant even turn it off with out unplugging it. We tried everything. TCL was NO help, Rokue was NO help. Dont waste your money unless you like buying a new TV every year.

Horrible experience so far

Great if it was working.

Problems already!

It's way to soon for the tv to black out for hours on end..... unless Best Buy or TCL can fix this problem I do not recommend.

I did the research, read the reviews but.. I should have listen. I brought this tv home on 6/6/20. It is 6/12/20 and I woke up, turned the TV on. Its has dark spots and is badly pixelated. I'm really shocked. Returning this immediately. I'll never buy this brand again

Does not work with comcast set top box

I can see the comcast lineup when connecting via RF or AV. When connected via hdmi to either of the 3 ports the lineup goes blank and "no signal" I tried two comcast boxes. The issues duplicated with each set top box. Volume is nearly non existent with av or RF connection. I will be returning it tomorrow

When streaming, you would want to check your WiFi signal strength. For this TV, you would want to make sure than you that you have a minimum of 25.0 Megabits per second when streaming 4K content. When viewing over the air antenna content, you may need to adjust your antenna placement to get better reception.
