    Not really a “smart” TV for Xfinity customers

    Disappointed with the lack of functionality of the Fire TV os. FIRE TV does not pair with Xfinity remotes, so the remote is unable to provide power or volume control.

    Product is new and shiny but that's about it picture quality was garbage fire tv so is sooo slow and bogged down . Returned tv got Google tv qled for 20 bucks more what difference. Love tcl Google

    Extremely unhappy with Fire TV & it’s remotes

    I bought multiple TVs with fire TV system on them, with the sole purpose of wanting to use in same room, control separately. (Don’t judge me) I may be odd, but I can’t imagine I’m the ONLY person who’s ever had more than one screen in one room. I got them out and started setting them up and imagine my surprise (frustration) when ever time I used a remote to any of them, they would ALL do stuff!! (& Yes!! I know about the app remote!) How hard is it to make a remote that works on a particular TV?? It’s been done for YEARS!!!! Roku makes a STICK that can detect TV brand, and then control just THAT TV!! You’re telling me ROKU can make a $15.00 stick that does this and Fire TV can’t do it on the systems they install on TVs??? Don’t think I haven’t thought of hauling all these back in to the store to return!! I keep having to unplug alternating ones every time I turn around just to keep them all from going crazy even time I touch one remote. I don’t think I’ve ever giving a 1 star review in my life!! Now I have brand new Fire TVs with Roku sticks just so I can actually control them individually.

    3 weeks old and have to factory reset the tv 3 times a day for it to work properly tossed the box and was told cant return without it total waste of money

    Good Price Stand was broken but I can still use the monitor. Was sold to me as new but the opening screen was programmed by someone. Maybe they used it for display

    a low quality tv with a very bad tuner in it, unless it was defective. Took it back for a Samsung (difference of night and day). Same price as TCL.

    same thing as the other review the guy that provide service was really rude, the two young guys were nice and polite, but this older guy was super rude and making weird comments making us shameful of buying a tv
