This is my first 4K TV and it is amazing. Picture is great and the Roku interface is easy to navigate.

Went in before Black Friday and it was on sale ahead of Friday. Wasn’t in stock. Purchased online for pickup. Glad I did and avoided the crowd. I initially wanted the 6 series but that didn’t come in 43” size. The 5 series did and had Dolby Vision support as well as my Sony UHD player. Since it was on sale I added the geek squad protection.

I did a lot of research on choosing the right TV for me and I took a chance with TCL because of the great sale price and honestly I am blown away with the nice slick design of the tv and the amazing picture quality when watching my favorite shows. I have yet to Hook up a 4K blue ray player to it but the picture quality is still stunning as is! Definitely a must buy for anyone not looking to burn a hole in their wallet!

Fits a 40 inch space perfectly. Great picture for price. Love convenience of having Roku imbedded.

The Tv was mailed and came quickly. It has a great picture and changes easily from cable to Roku.

I got this to replace the 43" LG 4K TV I bought (also at BB) on Cyber Monday 3 years ago as a 4K PC monitor and sometime live TV. I thought that was a great deal at $399 but the TCL blows it away in every way at just $279 (on sale). It's brighter, faster (actually designed to be used with a PC), has better color and a great Roku OS built-in. And it supports HDR 10 and Dolby Vision to boot! I deducted one star for an occasional ARC audio glitch and not quite enough brightness for true HDR highlights.

I decide to buy this TV to replace my 28" 4k monitor for my PC. When your resolution is 4k on a computer, if the monitor is not sufficiently large enough, then the icons and text are tiny. You can partially remedy this by scaling the icons and text but you may run into scaling issues with your applicaltions. This is 43" is just large enough to solve that problem without being to large to cause off angle color loss.
