Really happy with the price and quality of my new tv

This is a good TV for its price but one issue is that the picture fades out when viewing the TV from the side. The head on picture is very good for the price of the TV but i would not recommend for a main TV. It makes a good TV for the bedroom or in a spare room but not for the main viewing room.

Purchased this tv for son to game via the PS4 Pro in a standard bedroom. Set up and quality of the tv is excellent. Picture and color does not disappoint, plus has good refresh rate that works for gaming! Ordered online and picked up in hr! Best Buy delivers!

While many might consider 42 inches to be small for a living room TV, it fits perfectly across a corner between 2 windows. Set up was a breeze, and while I can't speak to reliability having only had it a short time, I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

T.V. has basic design. High native contrast ratio. Good for dark room. Good for playing games. Sound quality is good if volume is low.

Nice TV for the price. It takes somewhat long to go over to the other provider choices, and I'm not sure why. I had a similar TV that didn't do that. Other than that, it's a good TV at a decent price. Recommend.

Best price, excellent picture, remote not so great

Great picture . Works perfectly with both ps4 pro and Xbox one x. Pluto tv and the other apps are great after you activate it(free) Only thing I hate is that it always boots up to their ugly roku menu instead of it staying on last input .so you have to change it to whatever input you had last time every time.

I bought this model because it was the only manufacture that had the specs for the space in the cabinet. Turns out this is a really good TV for the price. Sound and Video quality is above my expectations and it is primarily used for streaming. Have had the TV for a couple months with no issues that I could tell.

I really like this TV! The picture quality is really awesome, and the features it offers are great. It is easy to change from Roku, to Sling, to local TV. The sound quality is interesting (which is why I didn't give this TV 5 stars), and I am having to play around with it a little bit. So far, this is a pretty good TV.

First panel I purchased could not reach full brightness, would blink off/on when set to the highest setting. Contacted tech support who were very thorough at troubleshooting, the warranty option is to ship it out then get it back in a week or two or pay for an extended warranty and get another one off the shelf in the store. I decided I can wait a week while it ships back, but was informed that the extended warranty that I paid extra for would be used up by this choice too. There is a 30 day window to buy an extended warranty, weigh your choices. Geek Squad made disparaging remarks about TCL's panel supply chain and recommended trading up with my return, I did not appreciate this treatment an stuck with the same model based on reviews of displays in this range. The second display has worked perfectly with my Amazon Fire Stick and 4K capable PC.

Just what they needed. Perfect size for their entertainment center. And easy to set up on their own. Picture took some getting used to compared to what they had, thats a compliment. Took an extra cord to setup their Bluetooth headset but it's perfect now.

I now have been around two TCL televisions and neither has disappointed me with the picture quality. The speakers in my opinion are not good quality but sound bars are better than any built in speaker anyways. For the price I believe this is a better deal than the better known brands of television.

Great TV. Love that it is a Roku tv so that it makes streaming shows so much easier. This tv is significantly bigger than my prior ones. Nice. The color and sound is very good. Have had it almost a year with no problems.

Being a fan of Roku and I wanted and having read positive reviews on the 5 and 6 series TCL I picked this up. Some 4K content, especially the Dolby Vision movies, would dim in and out and this was annoying. I tried connecting my XBox and playing a 4K movie and that seemed better but the quality compared to an LG or Samsung is not the same. It picture is not as vivid or crisp. At times I felt I was looking at an LG 1080p TV. For the money this is a great TV and for cord cutters the ability to pause live TV is fantastic but I was looking for a vivid 4K bedroom TV. Returned it. It did work a well but for the a little bit more an LG or Samsung will deliver a better picture.

As I did my research on HDTV's, I read that TCL's were a good TV for the price, and I'm glad to have found that to be true. It's definitely not the high end of HD TV's, but I also didn't have to pay $1,000 or more. For about $350, I couldn't be happier with the picture, sounds, and quality of this brand.

This TV really hits the spot whenever you need living room entertainment. Fully functional with the Wi-Fi, user friendly and comes with plenty of apps if you are a binge watcher like myself. I highly recommend this product. No drawbacks as of yet.

I bought this TV for the "man cave" I'm setting up. The picture is great. Right now there is just a blu-ray player hooked up to it. But it still looks very good. I got it on sale for $299 which I thought was a good price for a TV like this.

I was surprised. Off brand (well I never heard of it) and it performs wonderful. The picture is absolutely crisp. I would defiantly buy another one.
