The shining star here is price, Where can you get a Dolby Vision, (Samples on the TV for free) and Dolby Atmos for current price$319! I could go into type of lighting, and some technical specs, but that really is not appropriate for what you are paying for, suffice to say that the experience on this TV is truly wonderful, I have several TV's that are 5 times the price and wonder if they are truly worth it, I'm starting to wonder. What you will get is a TV with a good build quality, not quite up there with the big players, plastic feet instead of steel (like the Q led of Samsung) but adequate and a bit more for the job, overall physical construction better than decent, you really should not take exception. I feel the picture is very good, Roku always a pleasure, sound is more than good, for every day watching, you would want to take advantage of Dolby Atmos sound, unfortunately this will cost three times the price of this TV, and while I'm very impressed with it, I would not use it as a main home entertainment center. Why? First entirely too small at slightly under 43, but if you have to adhear to a budget, by all means go for it, you will not be disappointed. You can use any old amplifier to power the sound, with optical out or RCA out using the TV headphone jack and you can control the sound with the Remote, while functional the remote is a bit small with close buttons, but is functional, just small and fiddly in my large hands. If you are on the fence, and price is a concern, jump right in you will not be disappointed, picture is wonderful and sound is very good.

Having the ROKU is extremely convenient and easy to use. The picture is OK and same with volume, but recommend a sound bar.

Can't turn off the "Smooth Motion" effect. Go with the LG. Nice picture though if you don't mind watching soap operas.

I was looking for an affordable upgrade from my 32 inch Samsung, and wanted an exceptional picture at an affordable price. This TV BLOWS ME AWAY. I was interested partly because I only watch TV through my Roku anyways through Sling, Netflix, and Amazon so I don't need anything more than that. That said, it's very easy to switch over to antenna TV. Pros: Great price for a 4K TV AMAZING picture even in SD--bright and great colors Loud speakers with good quality sound AMAZING in HDR and UHD Built in Roku is fantastic Roku remote is fantastic Numerous HDMI ports and other connections Cons: Sometimes if you are off too far to the side the picture can look a little washed out, but it has a wide enough viewing angle that this isn't a major issue. UHD content costs extra, though that's to be expected and as I said even SD works great If you tend to use things through or streaming device anyways this is perfect. It truly is a fantastic TV. It's a perfect "millennial" TV. That said, if you are a slightly less tech-savvy person and aren't comfortable with newer technology it might be a little tough to figure out.

I will stay with TCL, "43 is a perfect fit for me! At 60 I just don't see well enough to go any further in value!

This tv for the price is a beast for 4k streaming is awesome and HDR gaming is a plus but... the previous model is a tid bit better in that department!
