    Works well! I like the speak option quite a bit. Easier to avoid having to fish around for the correct app. If you do not already have Google home devices the set up can be quite tedious. I had a VIZIO and a TCL Roku prior to this one and I would rank it above the VIZIO and below or tied with the Roku depending on what you are more used to.

    Good TV for the price. The picture seems a little washed out and I’ve tried every setting. I was able to adjust it but it is still not what I prefer. I will be keeping it because I can’t physically return it.

    Really confusing to use. Has to load my Google info to watch most things and this is a TV 4 my daughter. There is no way to load it in a kids profile and it has a black line through it. And the TV randomly lags and there is no immediate fix.

    DON'T BUY THIS TV. FROM THE BEGINNING TCL CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS YOU TO MAKE IT WORK YOU HAVE TO UNPLUG THE TV AND PUSH THE RESET BUTTON FOR 15 SECONDS THEN PLUG BACK IN. YOU DO THAT 100 TIMES AND FINALLY THE TV STOPS WORKING AND THEY TELL YOU YOU NEED A NEW LIGHT. THEY DON'T TELL YOU THE TV ISN'T WORKING RIGHT UNTIL THE WARRANTY RUNS OUT.

    This TV is a piece of crap. We bought one Jan 22 and it completely died July 2023 - only lasted 1 1/2 years. Customer Service is non responsive, just rub your face into it that now you're out of warranty. No help with issues. TV is slow and crappy picture. Avoid this TV

This particular TV was launched less than 1 year ago, so it is difficult to decipher what TV you may have. Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.
