BAD TV

Constantly need to unplug and re-set it. Leaves ghost images on the screen. The remote seems to have been designed to purposefully slip out of your hands. What a disappointment, but my own fault for trying to save a few bucks. I'll run it a bit longer, then sledge hammer it and buy a real TV...

DON'T BUY THIS TV.

FROM THE BEGINNING TCL CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS YOU TO MAKE IT WORK YOU HAVE TO UNPLUG THE TV AND PUSH THE RESET BUTTON FOR 15 SECONDS THEN PLUG BACK IN. YOU DO THAT 100 TIMES AND FINALLY THE TV STOPS WORKING AND THEY TELL YOU YOU NEED A NEW LIGHT. THEY DON'T TELL YOU THE TV ISN'T WORKING RIGHT UNTIL THE WARRANTY RUNS OUT.

Piece of crap

We bought one Jan 22 and it completely died July 2023 - only lasted 1 1/2 years. Customer Service is non responsive, just rub your face into it that now you're out of warranty. No help with issues. TV is slow and crappy picture. Avoid this TV

This particular TV was launched less than 1 year ago, so it is difficult to decipher what TV you may have. Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Don’t buy if you want to use other devices with it
