AVOID THIS TV!

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this TV now for only 7 months and I regret buying it and not putting warranty on it. The technical issues on this TV started the first month I bought it, like the voice control option not working and not detecting any voice. I thought maybe it was my wifi or an app glitch. After 7 months of use I can confirm with 100% guarantee that the TV itself is the problem. It’s slow when controlling the volume, as well as it doesn’t open the apps. It just stays on a black screen and you can’t just turn off and on the TV to fix this everyday issue, you have to unplug it from the actual outlet. It’s a disaster. I wish I could return it, it’s upsetting wasting so much on a TV for only 7 months of use and this is the quality you get. I’ve had a 23” ROKU tv for 3.5 years and it has never gave me a problem.

Nice budget TV

Have not gotten the remotes to work together and we do not using two. Not as user friendly as I would like for parents or someone who is not capable of multiple buttons changes to watch a different channel. I think its the google aspect that gives you so many options its almost too much for someone who just wants the news and a few comedies
