Excellent TV for the price

The Wi-Fi connection works fine. I have it on the pergola outside so during a sunny day, it is a little harder to see (even on vivid) thanks to reflections, but I don't know if any other TV would perform better in that situation. Would buy again.

TCL 4K ULTRA HD TV

Now, I'm no expert here, but you would think that the main channel by the manufacturer of this TV would be the best channel in the lineup, but it's not! It's actually the worst! It cuts out in the middle of a show, that is whenever you get the channel to work in the first place. Most of the time, it just tells me that there is no internet connection. But all of the other channels have no problems working with the internet connection that we have. So, would I recommend this TV? The answer is not to my worst enemy! How about you fix your channel's connection problems!

Also if you don't like using a sound bar, this TV is perfect for you. There are surprisingly really good speakers inside of it.

Not user-friendly

It says it has Dolby sound, but the sound isn't that great. I either have to turn it way up or connect it to my JB Flip to be able to hear decently.

Ok if you don't want to stream to the Google TV

If you want to buy a Google TV so that you can cast things to it, it's a piece of junk. The video playback is slow motion, the audio playback is regular speed. I bought this so that I could stream from my computer to the tv easily without needing a separate remote for the Google Chromecast dongle which has always worked well for me. When I contacted TCL support about this, they suggested I buy a Roku TV instead. (Roku TVs aren't easy to stream to which was my whole point in getting rid of my old Roku TV and buying this one).

So many different settings for your watching experience. Beautiful Interface. Very Immersive. Pretty fast UI. Lots of options to choose from. Connecting your phone is a wonderful availability. A nice replacement.

Nice cheap tv for second tv

It's a solid, cheap TV that works well for what I need. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. I wouldnt get it for my living room tv, but fine as a secondary screen.
