    Suddenly on the fritz?

    Only had it since June and it’s been a great TV until this week. Suddenly now it goes into a reset loop of some sort that only stops if I unplug and plug it back in. Not sure if others are having this issue.

    Bring back "dumb" TVs.

    Crashes often. Buttons take way too long to register. Image quality is meh at best. Sometimes the TV just becomes completely unresponsive. What happened to all the "dumb" TVs. They are so much better than even the best smart TV.

    Misleading, false, no support

    Best Buy advertised "Next Day Delivery". The next day, an email said the delivery would be 4 days later due to being ground shipped from New Mexico. I contacted Best Buy due to leaving out of town 3 days later, requesting to cancel the order or upgrade the shipping. Online chats and calling the toll-free helpline did not resolve the issue. Chat asked me to call the 800 number. The 800 number added notes to the account but would not upgrade shipping or cancel the order. Best Buy agents continued to blame UPS despite the fact that Best Buy chose to ground ship the item 1500 miles instead of Next Day or Overnight delivery. Only answer: "We are sorry about your frustration"

    Returned. Not a good buy at all. The colors were not vivid and the control was hard to understand. Upgarded to an LG 55". Like the saying goes "You get waht you pay for".

    You get what you pay for and this was cheap.

    Went with this model because it was a more budget. Friendly option for a guest room. Best Buy reps spoke very highly of this brand as a good budget option. I’ve owned it for three months. It’s been installed for two months. It’s been used for about five hours and it’s completely dead. Best Buy will only return or exchange it within 15 days. Manufacturer will not respond. I’ll never buy anything made by TCL or from Best Buy going forward. Third Street bad experience at Best Buy in general. Not the same company it used to be.

    Not compatible with all latest apps

    I would not recommend this TV nor brand whatsoever. The Paramount Plus and ESPN+ app crash constantly. I opened a case with ESPN and they said since their app has been updated, this TV is no longer compatible. I informed TCL Support and asked when a system update would take place and they claim there is nothing they can do and that I can't watch ESPN + on my tv. UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT BUY! I've owned the tv for only 1 year

    The color is too green and the tint does not fix it. The sound is very tinny and much worse than our Samsung and LG sets. Price is great but quality is not. The internets treating stations look much better than the stations received from the cable box. We have Fios and our sets are picture and sound perfect. Very disappointed.

    Really disappointed. The tv kicks me out of streaming services and I have to reboot the tv to get it to work. There is only a 15 day window to return the tv to Best Buy. I had to spend an hour on the phone with tcl to help me. Will not buy another TCL

    Google TV comes up on my screen and I have to go back to cable box every time I turn on the TV. I’ve tried to get rid of this and I can’t. I have tried a number of different suggested resolutions but none have worked

    Terrible experience. Bought this over a Hisense at on of the team members suggestion and it was a terrible idea. Have to fully restart it/disconnect power in order to get sound. Every other day the TV just won't turn on.

    I purchased this for my Apple Mac Studio to use primarily as a monitor. Unfortunately, it was very dim, blurry, and not useable. I have another brand (similarly priced) and it works great.
