    The tv was good. It had all of the ports I needed, the picture and sound were good, and it worked just fine. Only problem I had was with the Google OS being a little laggy sometimes

    I almost never ever buy open box items. However, I took a chance and was not disappointed! The TCL 43" TV is awesome. Great picture. Great sound. Overall a great purchase from the open box area.     Beautiful picture. I purchased my TCL 43" S4 S-Class smart tv because of Best Buy's low price, but now I plan to purchase another one because of the great quality. The remote is easy to understand and use and TCL offers a great many entertainment and information channels to watch. I highly recommend this TV. Better get yours before they're gone!

    Needed to replace my wife's TV that had gone bad. Came across this one and it sounded good as well as fit my budget. The picture is very good and controls are well placed in the menu. Sound could be better, but expected from a TV at this price. Overall a good buy.

    We needed an inexpensive tv for kitchen/sitting room area. Something I can see while cooking or when my husband gets tired of my "murder" documentaries! This fit the bill and for the price we are really happy. There does seem to be a lag between when you push a button on the remote and when it actually does what you wanted... but once you get used to that it is fine.

    Bought this to replace a smaller TCL that we use for gaming with a PS4 and occasional TV/ YouTube use. Worthy upgrade in size and picture quality, no previous issues with other TCL TV, so I don't expect any from this. Lots of features, good picture. As with all flat screens, I'd buy a soundbar to go with it as all flat screens have awful speakers

    A Lot Better Than Roku TV In My Opinion

    I used to have a smart Roku TV until I replace it with the TCL Google Smart TV and I'm seeing a huge major difference between them. It's a lot better and smoother than the Roku version I used to have. I'm loving the quality and the motion of it and realizing that it's way better for those who have a Google account.
