My last smart TV really struggled running half of the programs-- netflix shut down at random, Twitch wouldn't load, Youtube video lagged behind the sound and was unwatchable. This TV has beautiful graphics, I have yet to encounter a single issue with the available applications, and it was the same price. What an awesome deal.

TCL TVs seem to perform very well. We have another one which is why we decided to stick with this brand. Very pleased. Add a sound bar to enrich sound quality. The HDMI connections are adequate for our needs. Picture quality is good could be a little better but for the price who is complaining. Makes a great gift.

Big picture, clear and flicker free. My eye cannot discern the difference between this unit at 2160 and units with higher resolution and double or triple the price. Great unit and trouble free right out of the box. No issues with set up or use. Terrific value and great picture!

We were looking for a nice size tv for the spare bedroom for the grandkids or company without having to run another cable connection. This set has a beautiful picture for its size and with Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime and an indoor antenna for the local channels, this set more than meets our needs. Would buy again.

Great tv for the price. It is 4k with Hdr for under 300 dollars can't beat that.

The TCl 4K UHD tv is a great buy. Easy to setup and easy to use. Spend time looking at the different models, to ensure you’re getting what you want. Most models of TCL Roku TVs do not have the ability to plug in headphones to remote. After searching for solutions I got a wireless Bluetooth point and Bluetooth wireless headphones. So I can now listen to all shows or movies without bugging my housemates.

I love this tv. It is a shame there isn't much available to watch in that format yet and by the time there is I am sure this tv will be antiquated. With that said the picture is beautiful, well worth the money and the cost for me was the operative (having seen the TCL at a friend's house). I did purchase a sound bar/sub woofer since the sound on the tv isn't the greatest and I do happen to like good sound.

Amazing affordable 4K Ultra 49" TV. Stable base, light and perfect for the money!!

My wife and I are both very impressed with the quality of this TV. The picture quality is excellent, the apps respond very quickly, the remote is easy to navigate, and there are a wide variety of settings for adjustments. Well worth the money spent and I would put this TV up against the bigger "name brands" any day.

Great picture and features for the price. A true value.

I actually own 2 of these. We have one in the living room and the other I use as a computer monitor. They both look great. Love the Roku interface. TCL makes a great tv and in my opinion holds it's own against most of the other name brand tv's out there. Especially when you factor in price. Would give it 5 stars if had a couple more hdmi inputs. But I will be getting a switch to address that.
