Buyer Beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought 2 of these TCL’s back in January for living room and bedroom. Both worked fine up until today. Came home from work and turned on living room tv and the LCD inside is shattered. Outside screen isn’t broke and doesn’t have a mark. Have no idea how it happened. No kids in my home either. Called Best Buy customer service and the gentleman from Geek Squad said it’s not covered by warranty because “Something must have hit it”. I have no way of proving otherwise so I’m out the $380 I paid for it. Should have bought it on Amazon...
