||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i decided to go with tlc because of reviews and i wasnt happy the contrast and quality of picture was ok and using this with my pc didnt work out theres a delay of signal i know this is a budget 4k tv but there was a difference from this to my old 1080p panasonic ...the roku part of this item was great and thats why i titled it for kids

Its pretty awesome how i can change from watching t.v., to playing video games, watching netflix, or watching a movie on roku, all with one remote. Its also compatible with my soundbar.

Great entry into 4K, HDR and Roku

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm nearing the two year period for this TV and it's been great for the price. But that's it. It's got more flaws that I can live with sine it's not our primary TV and one we only use in the bedroom. List of flaws: 1. When using any internal app via Roku there is a constant color line moving up the screen every 30 seconds. I have lived with this for the entirety of the TV so obviously not a deal breaker, but I wouldn't buy another TCL at the moment. 2. I bought a Vizio sound bar two months back and found out that TCL's don't work well with sound bars using HDMI ARC. There is always a 1-3 second delay in audio/video. This sync problem IS a deal breaker and I had to stop using the sound bar. This also has me for the first time since my purchase looking for a new TV replacement. I've been watching the support threads on both these issues and they are both known and have had zero software updates or known initiatives to solve them. This TV would be great as a second TV in a game room where no sound is required. In reality it's a 2 star TV, but gets the third for it's reliability, 4K and HDR support outside its flaws.
