Excellent product. Did have issue with first tv being defective. However received excellent support from TCL customer service and from the Best Buy team who was able to get me another tv in a timely manner.

The product we purchased was as advertised. When my friends and family ask me about the product I express my satisfaction about the product and would purchase again.

Great tv for the price. Only thing that would make it better is add a screen protection. Not 5 hour of having it up my young daughter ran a toy across the screen and now I have a line from left to right.

Good for the price but picture quality could be better. Have a couple year old 1080p samsung that has a better picture don't get me wrong the tcl has a decent picture just not as good as a samsung

Awesome 4k TV originally bummed I would be able to pick up the same 4k LG TV I bought for my mothers house but this Roku TV was a pleasant surprise. More customization and much less laggy UI

I took a chance and got a TCL, and overall I was happy with it. The picture wasn't that great for being 4K UHD, though. I'd be more upset with the purchase, but it was cheap. I liked it enough though to get the newer model after I broke this one.

The tv set up was easy to do and so far it has been great! The only downside is the light underneath which could double as a night light because it’s so bright. Other than that is a great tv!

It was the right price and expected clarity for that price point. At the time the color looked good compared to similar sets. A few months ago, the center of the screen turned yellowish. Ugh.

This tv is awesome for its price range. The 4k is gorgeous and the size is great. Having all the television apps is really nice and this thing even on wireless loads fast and smooth.

This TV isn’t as nice as our Samsung, and we would have gone that route if we hadn’t of been on a budget. I’m happy with the quality for what we paid - I’ll still probably end up upgrading at some point though.

This is a good product and offers an excellent value for money. Stands out compared to similar items in the market. Been working great since I purchased about a year ago.

This is a decent TV. I don’t prefer the Roku integration, but the deal was too good to pass up since I needed a TV. The 4K quality seems subpar compared to higher quality screens, but I may be expecting too much from a cheaper TV.

This TV is nice for the price, and the screen and noice (from reading the reviews) are not as bad as people say.. I haven’t had an issues so far, and it’s been a little over a month!

I am pleased with this TV and haven’t had any problems with it. I was unsure of the brand, but it’s been great. Initial setup is slow, especially if your internet isn’t really fast

This television was on sale for a great price, but we had been shopping for something in this size for awhile. We could not be happier, and the Roku functionality is quite easy.

This tv is very easy to set up and the Roku customer service is wonderful if you need them. Also Best Buy in store service was great. I will consider Best Buy for future purchases.

Absolutely love this TV. Got as a present for my boyfriend and he loved it! I love that you can download different channels and shows on there not through any subscription

We've never had a smart TV before and wondered if we should go that route. We chose to and we don't regret it! It's so easy to stream things from netflix and youtube now!
