stopped working incredibly fast

I purchased it during black friday that November. By august 2023 it stopped working the screen would not turn on anymore volume was still heard but no picture was seen. Customer service never sent over the paper work for the warranty they said they would and no help was really received. The tv was mounted to the wall christmas day so it was never hit or damaged . Was very disappointed.

Manufacturer defect, probably an outlier.

Picture quality is good. Don't expect great sound with this budget. I had my own sound system so, it fits very well.

Disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked fine for 6-7 months. Then, a single line halfway up the screen. It's spread now to a thick line up the full height and a dead spot spreading along the bottom. Very disappointing!
