It was easy to set up with directions, and I did have another TCL Roku tv, the only problem is Comcast with it. The other thing is that the sound comes from the bottom not the top like the smaller models.

This was a great tv until it decided to break today, only 17 months after i bought it. I was playing video games on it when all of a sudden the screen went black. It had done this once or twice over the last few weeks, but I had assumed I accidentally pushed the power button on the remote since it would come back on when i hit the power button. Today it did not come back on and after much research and attempts to fix it, I learned that the backlight likely went out. Apparently this is a common issue and unfortunately it would be more cost-effective to just buy a new tv rather than try and have it repaired.

Great for the price paid and how simple it is to use.

I bought this tv on a black Friday sale. For the price I paid, it is doing its job. I wanted a simple internet based tv for my room and this one is doing its job. I am happy with my purchase

Bought 2 in Nov. 2022. First one went out Oct. 2023 so month of warranty left. They sent a technician out to replace the power supply. Took about 15 minutes. The next one just went out Mar. 2024.. Out of warranty by 4 months So now basically junk.

Tv works great . Very satisfied. Only issue is I have a little trouble using the remote finding the setting for timer and not able to just push a remote button to fine what I want to watch.

Sound kind of sucks on it . And had a tendency to freeze and the screen go black

As of now I cant find anything I dislike. Bought this for my mom for Christmas. It is her first smart tv and she loves it.

great selling price. cant beat it for the money. little slower than my other TVs to load apps. but honestly not all bad.

This TV is great! It is large enough to be a big screen, but not too large it takes up your whole room. Great for movies and gaming systems and the Streaming Services are easy to use.

Good inexpensive TV for my son. I couldn't find a less expensive option anywhere else. It's been a good purchase.
