Freeze Issue but good ptherwise

I have to change channel and then back again to unfreeze. Have tried all suggextions I find online but still does it. This is my second Roku TCL tv and I do like them plus I have Rokus on my non smart tvs. Roku is soo user friendly.

Great set for the space, good overall value

This set fits perfectly in the space and the fact that I don't need to connect to cable to get reception is a real plus since I do not have an antenna connection near the set. I used the AirTV Anywhere using the Sling app to provide local channels without needing a wired connection. I added a soundbar to enhance the sound quality.

VERY disappointed

We can hear the clicking of choices but nothing on the screen. Very disappointing. The Roku interface is the best I've seen but the TCL is very disappointing. After a quick search, we found that this is a very common problem.

Fine until it wasn't

Eventually, I had to unplug and replug it to get it to work. The Geek Squad technician said the WiFi card went out.

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought two of these and have had several issues one has already failed at a year and a half roughly just checked the purchase date before I made this comment to see if it’s under warranty unless it’s for a temporary use I would a avoid the issue fyi the back light keeps failing and the speakers on one are very low it has to be turned up high and the backlight strips if that’s the issue is not easy to replacement
