Had the TV for a year and a half and now the color has gone out. All I have is audio.

I have had this TV for a year and a half. The picture tube has already stopped working.

This is my 4th TCL tv. I keep buying them because they just work. I generally like Roku oS too. Relatively fast and responsive. Is it cinephile quality picture, of course not but that’s not what I got this for. For a casual TV and streamer, I highly recommend it!

Tv screen went black and broke within 15 months of purchase. Sound is still on and after talking to 3 different customer service people, including manufactures, programmers and Best buy the best solution was to spend another $200 to have best buy come out and "take a look". Will not be purchasing TCL or from Best Buy again.

It was all good, only thing is I didn't get the fubotv and apple tv trials mentioned in the checkout. Don't offer that if you are not letting customers redeem the free trials .i.

Easy to setup and watch quickly. Picture is okay as far as lower priced tv’s go. Low power consumption and good adjustable brightness control. Speakers on all these types of tv’s are just ok. Good enough for me in bedrooms or small rooms. 50 inch tv

Lasted exactly one year not sure what if anything will be done yet

Absolute garbage. Less than 2 years and the screen is black, will not light even though it's on. Apparently these TV's have issues with LCD lights that stop working. This was my 3rd TCL and my last! Go with Samsung or another better brand.

My TV was 15yrs old when the pic was starting to fade, so I took the advice of my son and bought this brand and I have been very happy with it. I was a little spooked by the idea of using a smart tv but this brand is very easy to use.

I received the tv and mounted it in the garage. It has exceeded my expectations and super pleased with the purchase

Pleasantly surprised that I’m happier with the purchase of this tv due to some of the negative reviews. My only complaint is that I’m not able to determine how to get the tv to view cable without having to use a separate remote

Purchased new. Within a few months, tv would not turn on. Attempted to get assist. from tcl. They would keep requesting a short video of the tv/situation. I could never get the video file to transfer to tcl. Kept getting Internet Message that file was too large. So I have a new tv thats just collecting dust!

Worked Great till the warranty ran out then what is self diagnosed as the backlights failing occured. TV has been in my possession for about 18 months. Still waiting to hear back from customer service from TCL, 2/10 would recomend

I liked it for 14 months then it took a big Crap on me. Screen went black like so many others I have read about. Thought TCL was going to be my new go to for tv's but not anymore. Gonna try another brand. I think all tvs are junk now and really dont know what kind to get at any price range.

Purchased on Saturday and had to return because display was broken. Returned Sunday and replacement was perfect. Setup was easy. Roku OS is great. No issues

Good as a basic model. Meets the description. Suitable for kids or guest bed room. Not recommended for main living room or media theatre

i can't really give a proper review on this item as it is a Christmas present. It was an excellent price and I received prompt service.

Purchase had a great price that came along with excellent quality with great customer service ….just great all the way around
