    Fourth TCL tv I have purchased. The tv, like the others, works very well and has a great picture and sound. It is relatively inexpensive but has great quality. I would recommend the tv to all my family and friends.

    Screen Went Out Right After Warranty

    14 months to the day after purchasing my TCL 65" CLASS 4-SERIES 4K UHD HDR ROKU TV - 65S45, the screen went out. This came with a 12-month warranty, so this seems like designed obsolescence. Turns out it needs a LED backlight, cost to repair is almost as much as I bought the TV for.

    If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I paid a little over $250 for this TV, and it broke after ONE YEAR (14 months after purchase, to be exact). The screen just stopped working one day, out of the blue. TCL customer support said they could not do anything about it because the manufacturer warranty lasts exactly one year. Do not waste your money buying a TCL product. It is a shame a company cannot stand behind the cheap garbage they sell for $250+. After this horrible experience, I am going with a Sony TV, and I will never buy a TCL again.

You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box. For Open-Box TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance.     TLC stay away

    Purchased this TV with some second thoughts as my first TLC only lasted 4 years. I should have listened to my gut as this one the screen went blank less than 30 days from purchase. Poor quality controls wo t but this brand again.
