I have owned it for almost a year now and only had one mishap where it would only show the logo. I kept unplugging it and plugging it back in with no luck. I became worried but saw TCL has a year warranty on all new products. It ended up snapping out of it and work about 20 minutes later. Have yet to have an issue.
