Marc spent lots of time reviewing tvs, antenna's as well as other products with me. He is an excellent employee with concern about the customer's needs. He know his products 100%! Great 2nd living room tv

What I did not like is I need a Roku account to set up the TV. But once that was done. I added Disney, Hulu, Netflix and Comcast streaming (Xfi) all work great on WiFi and as soon as I get the chance I will hardwire it. I loaded several movies onto a flash drive, if was quickly discovered and play movies w/o issue.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In addition to the remote that comes with the TV, you can download the free Roku mobile app on your Smartphone or tablet to use as a remote. Through the Roku mobile app, you gain access to power toggle, volume toggle, private listening, voice search, and more. Furthermore, our Roku TVs are also compatible with both Alexa and Google Voice Assistants. Hope this helps!
